My current situation is dire. I have been preyed upon, defamed, slandered and driven from my home; this man has used the internet to destroy my life. I’m at a point in my life where I employ your help Ida’s act was. Drafted in hopes of a bill federally to help others from having someone steal there name. Personal information .and distorted information being posted on the internet for all to see. My sending all of theses letters, phone calls and complaints to these agency’s ect, warrants some kind of response .Please, I am pleading for your immediate attention regarding this matter. .

Everyone that I have talk to say’s this bill is only if he is e-mailing me, so what’s the since of having a bill if it is not effective! Then it needs to be stronger

With the help of a woman, name Barbara Denington   we drafted a bill called “IDA’S Act”, which was sent out with every packet sent to our government, plus the predator’s twisted facts and lies I have had help to write and have written to the following ,concerning this issue.

I   faxed a letter. In addition, copies of the predators’ website and what has occurred to my family and me and others do to this man. To President Barrack Obama dated June 3, 2009 .no response. In addition, January 14, 2010 still no response

I called Jacksonville Florida office of the FBI, and Boston Massachusetts office and as per there instructions I filed the IC3 complaint.

One police report from Saint Petersburg Florida on his web site had been dated January 15, 2004. I called when I found out about this police report and the truth one is dated August o7, 2007. If you look at the two of them and do not know what you are, really looking at it is very deceiving

Cheyenne   Wyoming –I wrote to Division of Criminal investigation on June 2, 2009.  Criminal justice information section Cheyenne Wyoming. In regards to October 9, 1981, .Which happened to be dismissed December 9, 1982. I called the city Attorney’s office in Cheyenne Wyoming and Mr. Michael Basom was very kind and looked into it. Arrest report # is 52-316, I received a letter back from Mr. Basom and his office dated August 29, 2007   states that sometime in May 2006 someone from Attorney Day’s office. (Thank-you)

And another packet and letter January 14, 2010 .The Late Edward Kennedy March 23, 2009   and June 1 and 3 2009, he responded June 11^th 2009   , responded back with letter and they sent my packet to Senator Bill Nelson. “Senator Nelson has done northing”.

Congressman Jeff Miller, Numerous phone calls, even when I lost my home in 2008, I sent a packet and a letter to both Washington DC, and Fort Walton Beach Florida .June 8, 2009 still northing.

Cliff Stern faxed to Washington D.C didn’t work sent by mail to DC June 3rd and June 19, 2009 no response  I. went to Ocala Florida office  on March ,2010  then dropped off the same letter ,and some  papers. About hippa and about IC 3, did get response letter back dated March 29, 2010but nothing has been done.

the  Legal  Aide’s In October 2008, I met with an attorney about my housing with Section 8 because they stopped paying there half do to the predator. He did nothing about my housing or the stalking, or anything.

On June 4, 2008, Section 8 were informed by my attorney in a letter, about the predator and his harassment towards me. Century 21 New what was happening to me, because I informed them and gave them a copy of the letter from my Attorney. There was another unit same price, and address other than building and my apartment need to be renovated so I asked Jessica Faircoth and the front desk at Fort Walton Beach housing and they said it was okay, they never said anything else, so I thought the predator would think I went somewhere else.They let me have a hearing, but I know it was not a fair one because I have a learning disability, and once I showed them what the predator was doing they went listening to me. I called multiple times to Jacksonville HUD office with no avail for my housing. I started with section eight in August 2007 and lost my housing in November 2008 even though I paid my rent on time, and they gave me permission to move to another unit do to the predator. HUD   stopped paying there part in September 2008. (On the same date September 5, 2008 that the newspaper came out with the false story)

There has been two other legal aides, but do to the predator I will not list those. (2009-2010)

Homeless Starting November 2008

I was turned down from sleeping in shelters, and told to leave others due to what has occurred with the predator. The homeless coalitions have not helped me either;

Haverhill   Massachusetts– I wrote to the city of Haverhill, which is in Haverhill Massachusetts February 17, 2009. In addition, numerous phone calls prior to the letter. They even released information that my Daddy and Mommy made in January 7, 2000 .May 1, 2000 a death Certificate was  issued and it was wrong cause of death, Doctor Wicks changed it for correct one on May death, Doctor Wicks changed it for correct one on May 12, 2000 ,May 19,   2000   the correct death certificate was issued!

How could this happen, the old one should have been shredded or at least never given out! My Mom Clara had cancer and applied for services, a letter had been requested and the City of Haverhill wrote it for Mrs. McCabe received it and Clara my mom received her services. November 13, 2000.

It’s pretty sad that social security numbers Maiden name,, addresses, and birthdays, ECT.I had to contact the court house in Haverhill they faxed on July 18,2006 the only thing they had to me, but couldn’t remember what date or who received what they had concerning me

I Wrote to Representative Brain   Dempsey on March 23,   2009, and numerous phone calls since this nightmare has started. No response

The PREDATOR has Broke in my home, read and took prayer journals of my secret prayers, Cards that were never sent out., Pictures  from family get together’s, schools ,newspapers,.  He had chopped pictures and posted them. And put my deceases mommy on there too! He has invaded my life by taking  My  pictures  and copyrights with out my permission Plus my name .My  deceased  family and friends. He needs to be stopped and this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN to any one else! He has crossed STATE LINES from east to west!

Kenton Ohio–He keep harassing Marjorie my friend in Kenton Ohio   by phone, she sent a notarized letter to me for my Attorney Dated July 18, 2007   (who was elderly)

He invaded my life by taking  My  pictures  and copyrights with out my permission Plus my name .My  deceased  family and friends.

Playground daily Newspaper Fort Walton Beach Florida will not even print the truth which I sent a certified letter.

He took a picture from playground daily newspaper Fort Walton Beach Florida   dated July 13, 1991 when my divorced husband sold our family home with out my signature. He took a newspaper article of me in 1998 about my biological father. He made shore I was falsely, YES FALSELY arrested, and had this same newspaper put my picture and these false allegations in also, however one had already dismissed before this article was even printed on September 5, 2008

I sent a certified letter to Tom Conner and associates on February 17, 2009 they have never made this write and now the predator has a mug shoot and has put MURDER over the picture, and has officered a reward for ME! This sick predator knows his way to ruin others lives! I contacted Reputation defenders, COM august 15, 2007, have to have money to remove my personal stuff.

I called and called, and wrote to Fortune city hosting. COM New York, New York July 31, 2007 was his ISP.I called, called, and wrote to The Planet legal department Dallas Texas his new ISP January 12, 2009, they did not respond back.

Department of Motor vehicles in Fort Walton Beach Florida only would let me charge one thing on my license and the predator has my driver’s license number on the internet! Therefore, they said to contact Tallahassee Florida, which I did. Department of Motor Vehicles received a letter in Tallahassee Florida July 31, 2007.

OUR Postal System–I wrote back in January 2000, because I was missing mail and receiving others mail and had the same P.O.Box for years in Niceville Florida. In July 2000 wrote again about missing mail and receiving others mail. Then once again, I talked to them in person.

Postmaster on July 31, 2007 ,Niceville Florida. No Reponses back. Then I found out my name was attached my name to a P O Box in another town called Miramar Beach Florida.

I filed a complaint with the post office; they refused to give me a copy. I even called Miami and still, Called Miami Florida again January 13,2010 still no response.(USPS )This caused problems with missing mail, and my credit report to boot! I filed a complaint with the FTC on both Jason and the Predator!

American civil liberties union Miami Florida received the packet and there complaint form  dated June 10, 2009 they responded July 2, 2009.I even drove to Miami Florida after I received there response (we can’t take all cases) but no one would see me! The sad part is no one signed the letter I received and they had spelled my name wrong! He was sent a letter from a lawyer to take it down and hasn’t.

There has been more but I think you can get the message.

I have a copy of the truths and I have written a book and trying to get it published. I am homeless in America; our nation was built on Godly morals and truths. From George Washington on America and built on Gods principles. Plus this is Election year..
